Похоже, XFree совершенно раздружился с Millennium II.

1)

Вообще непонятно.
2)
(EE) MGA(0): Need at least 9216 kB video memory at this resolution, bit depth
Того не лучше. По моим представлениям, 1024*768*24/8 << 3KB
Что еще менее приятно, получил вчера:
3) панику при быстрой перезагрузке иксов. Воспроизвести, правда, пока
не удается.
Если у кого-то есть желание порыть, полные конфиг и лог пришлю.

3D у этой карты более, чем условное. О DRI разговора и быть не должно.
