Об этом баге я писал. Он появляется после правки раскладок через acc.
Дома я сделал по привычке руками - все нормально. Если интересно - могу
позже показать Xkbmap домашней машины.
Может подрихтовать альтератор чтоб делал так, чтоб флажок не ломался?
