Я так понял вы монтируете что-то по сети?
rc.sysinit наверное выполнится до всех стартовых скриптов (в т.ч.
network). Выполняйте из rc.local.
Далее, если не прокатит, выполните какую-нить простую команду (например,
data >> /tmp/1.txt) чтобы узнать выполняются ли вообще ваши команды.
Если выполняются, перенаправьте stdout, stderr в лог и посмотрите почему
ваши команды не отрабатывают.
В общем стандартная админская логика, ничего особенного :)
