В настройках вайна опр. каталоги выделенны для дисков виды(C: D: ...).
Их пути можно оредактировать при помощи winecfg. Как запускать, вам уже
сказали.

В хомовой папе после установки WINE появляется линк wine_c - по сути что-то
типа диска С винды.
А в меню должен быть wine'вый файл-менеджер.
Все просто: копируешь инсталятор виновс-проги в wine_c, запускаешь wine'вый
файл-менеджер, находишь скопированый инсталятор и запускаешь. Ставится в те
же папки, что и в виндовсе.
