Это архив с исходными текстами программы. В АLT Linux принято
устанавливать уже готовые (собранные) программы из соответствующих
репозитариев, где они лежат ввиде *.rpm пакетов. У каждого дистрибутива
есть свой репозитарий. Ети пакеты устанавливаются с помощью apt, который
при установке-удалении отслеживает целостность дистрибутива.
