А не проще - не разводить занудство, а добавить в список альтернативных
докачек сервер в Черноголовке, и забыть о проблеме? У вас, блин, как
минимум 10 альтернативных закачек по ftp, а они про торрент
вспомнили... :-( Заняться больше нечем?
