1) создать из пустого раздела физический том,
2) включить его в группу томов
3) создать в ней логический том
4) перенести на него данные из /home
5) из уже ненужного /home сделать еще один физический том
6) включить его в ту же группу томов
7) расширить логический том с новым /home
но без бэкапа я бы побоялся выполнять _любые_ манипуляции с ценными
данными ;)
