Очень странный, если не сказать "вредный" совет.
В ALM2.4 настройка сети через netscripts, и где-то в
/etc/sysconfig/network/ в файлах конфигурации сетевых интерфейсов можно
(и только там и НУЖНО) указывать MAC-адреса интерфейсов.
К сожалению, под рукой нет машины с netscripts, но там был файл с
примером, или в каком-то мане все описано.
