Обычно это делается так: в БИОСе есть пункт вроде Integrated Peripherials, в
котором можно включить/выключить саму бортовую сетевуху и, когда она включена -
удаленную загрузку с нее. После этого (возможно, после сохранения установок и
перезагрузки) она появляется в установке порядка загрузки. Пока не видел ни одной
материнки, на которой не было бы загрузки по PXE. Вот по RPL - таки да, редко
бывает :)
Если вдруг действительно нету - можно попробовать залить код загрузки в БИОС
самостоятельно. Я это описывал здесь: http://www.freesource.info/wiki/BIOSbootrom
