Вы хотите получить от меня какие-то верные на все случаи жизни
инструкции?!. У меня их нет. Что именно можно сделать Вам там на
месте должно быть виднее.
У нас сейчас достаточно развились районные локалки чтоб можно было
пользоваться неограниченными каналами по разумным деньгам.
До того, объединялись по интересам и пользовались "флопинетом" через
тех кто мог качать много и быстро.
