Словил этот глюк.
Нашёл в чём дело.
comctl32.dll скопируйте с винды в свою папку system (я просто заменил существующую).
И выпадания пропали.
Хотя, как мне кажется последующее обновление wine затрёт её.
Можно попробовать положить эту dll в папку 1c/bin.
