Решил перестроить базу рпм-а:
rpm --rebuilddb
Ругается:
rpmdb: Page 448: item 140 hashes incorrectly
rpmdb: /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.11966/Filemd5s: DB_VERIFY_BAD: Database
verification failed
error: db4 error(-30972) from db->verify: DB_VERIFY_BAD: Database
verification failed
rpmdb: Page 5027: bad prev_pgno 0 on overflow page (should be 5026)
rpmdb: Page 5027: overflow item incomplete
rpmdb: /var/lib/rpmrebuilddb.11966/Packages: DB_VERIFY_BAD: Database

Что это и как бороться?
