Вопрос в догонку.

Посоветуйте где взять (если такой имеется в собранном виде) MySQL 5.0 
(5.1) для Master 2.4.

Если брать с официального сайта работает без проблем,
но хотелось бы в chroot, наверное по проблеме /dev/hands, настроить его 
не удалось.
