У меня точно такая же карта.
Начиная с ALM 2.4 - работает без напильника и без нареканий.
Сейчас включено на довольно приличный усилитель с колонками.
В Kmix есть вкладка "Выключатели".
Пощелкайте ими.
Возможно несогласованы выходной уровень сигнала карты с входом
усилителя для наушников.
