Настолько же затратно, как написать ее заново :) И это без учета
необходимости обучения ;)
Впрочем есть еще умерший Kylix - если в программе вместо VCL
использовался CLX и совсем не использовались Win-специфичные вещи, то
есть вероятность того, что она скомпилируется для Linux
Рекомендовать QT/GTK/что-то еще не возьмусь, пусть знакомый попробует
все сам. Я для кроссплатформенного GUI остановился на SWT, в качестве
введения можно посмотреть сюда:
