не совсем, djvu создан специально для сканеных изображений, т.е это скан
+ в точности сомещённый с ним распознаный текст. А pdf это либо тупо
картинка или очень жёстко форматированный текст, короче сравнивать их
всё равно что трактор с моторной лодкой.
