Пожалуйста:
/dev/fd0 /media/floppy subfs
user,nosuid,nodev,noexec,noauto,fs=floppyfss,fmask=0111,dmask=0,comment=managed
0 0
Только уберите оттуда comment=managed, ведь флопик монтируется hal'ом.
Или сначала попробуйте sudo service hal restart.
