Попробуйте выполнить ulimit -Sc 100000, запустить anjuta, получить
core-файл, создать баг (не перепутайте anjuta и anjuta2) и вписать в
него backtrace от полученного core-файла. Возможно, мейнтейнер найдёт
немного времени и разберётся с вашей бедой.
