Вы на 100% правы, но тот кто давал это задание говорит что:
1) нужно перевести адрес и маску в двоичный формат
2) записать маску под адресом (два последних байта) и отнять одно от
другого...
3) результат что-то должен говорить, но что???
зачем это делать не знаю и не понимаюму.
Но спраишваю потому, что вдруг я ошибаюсь и такой подход к расчету имеет
место.
