(У меня Synaptic это показывает, если, конечно, sources.list настроен не
на classic)

Что, серьёзно показывает? Где?
Повторюсь - нужно посмотреть на _уже_ установленный пакет и понять,
откуда он был поставлен.

А, виноват, соврамши. Эта задача не решается :) Насколько я понимаю,
информация о том, из какого именно репозитория был установлен пакет,
apt'ом не запоминается. Другими словами, если у вас есть два
репозитория, и в обоих одинаковая версия пакета, вы не сможете
определить, из какого из них вы эту версию ставили.
