Если Вы используете rp-pppoe, то все настройки для него делаются через
/ppp/pppoe.conf
В этом файле присутствует строка:
DEFAULTROUTE=
Её значение должно быть установлено в "yes".
Также в /ppp/options должна присутствовать запись cleardefaultroute.
