Тут не разбираюсь, так что не скажу даже (ldap или samba ?).

Недавно здесь прообегало упоминание о чём-то очень похожем: pam_mount.
Есть в сизифе, не знаю насколько рабочее/стабильное, но описание
соблазнительное :-)
