Не знаю. Я отключил в настройках Sim-Qt модуль сворачивания в док и все глюки исчезли. Так что проблема в самом только модуле сворачивания в док. Кстати, Sim, как мне кажется, больше не поддерживается автором, так как более новых его версий пока не встречал. На что зря морочить голову человеку?
