Нет, не должен. Он написан для записи CD, а не DVD. Поддержка DVD в нём
не обязательная.

Пишу им диски и не жалуюсь. Знаю пару несмертельных (т.е. просто
неприятных) глючков, но и только.

"Считается" и "является" - вещи существенно разные, нередко никак между
собою не связанные...
Кроме того, если это - лучшее, то может имеет смысл посмотреть вне
Украины? :)
