вы привели df -m, а не df. Впрочем, уже не важно...
для hda6 разница составляет чуть более 6% от размера разледа. Это 5% для
пользователя root резервируется + размер журнала.
root может писать файлы и так, хотя df будет показывать меньше чем есть.
Как исправить, чтобы место не резервировалось - вам уже подсказали. Это
имеет смысл делать только на /home и на разделах пользовательских
данных, но не на /, /var, /usr и подобных.
