Подтверждаю проблемы. Стоял ALM2.4+Updates+Backport с ядром 2.4.
Обновился до Компакта при этом обновил и ядро. ADSL не поднимается.
Загрузка с ядром 2.4 решает проблему. Двое суток игрался с настройками,
модулями, менял net-scripts на etcnet и обратно - ничего не помогает.
Уже жалею что обновился. :-(
