rpm -i файл_пакета
Это от обычного пользователя
rpm -bb ~/RPM/SPECS/имя_spec-файла
После завершения работы команды, в каталоге ~/RPM/RPMS будет пакет,
который надо поместить в репозиторий и установить с помощью apt-get. Или
установить его с помощью rpm.
