flow-tools - да - правда пока не разобрался как заставить flow-recieve "демонизоваться"
и там при обрыве связи видимо как-то повреждается файл со статистикой - начинает появдяться всякая бредятина
python-module-pyflowtools - "Python extension module for reading flow-tools' data" в flow-tools на мой взгляд с обработкой статистики неплохо (flow-stat -> flow-print) - но нет визуализации
ipcad - сейчас буду смотреть

а этого к сожалению в Мастере не нашел:
