Да.
Однако сконфигурировать её с помощью
> # ifconfig eth1

Я добавил в /etc/modules.conf строчку
alias eth1 8139too
и создал файл /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth1
такого вида:
DEVICE=eth1
BOOTPROTO=static
IPADDR=192.168.1.1
NETMASK=255.255.255.0
NETWORK=192.168.1.0
BROADCAST=192.168.1.255
ONBOOT=yes
Сказал
$ sudo ifup eth1
и усе завэртухалось.
