Ваш вопрос упирается в то, как организовать сервер дозвона. А что на нём
ещё будет крутиться, это не важно. Сервер дозвона, грубо говоря, пускает
пользователя в вашу сеть (в сеть сервера). Далее всё происходит почти
так же, как если бы дело было в обычной ethernet-локалке.
Если вы настраивали web- и ftp-сервер для локалки, то дальше вы знаете.
По настройке сервера дозвона - не ко мне, не знаком я :)
Потому самому интересно, что ответят.
Я немножко прояснил вопрос?
