возможно ли это?
или только с помощью "another instance of postfix" ?

Да, возможно, через таблцы access, header_checks и body_checks.

       FILTER transport:destination
              After the message is queued, send the entire message through the
              specified  external  content  filter.  The transport:destination
              syntax is described  in  the  transport(5)  manual  page.   More
              information  about  external  content  filters is in the Postfix
              FILTER_README file.

              Note: this action overrides the main.cf content_filter  setting,
              and currently affects all recipients of the message.

              This feature is available in Postfix 2.0 and later.

Нееет, это не то
Мне нужно хотя бы иметь возможность отключать опции типа body_checks ...
в зависимости от клиента встроенными средствами postfix

PS
Машинка слабая и поднимать дополнительно отдельный контент/антивирус
фильтр не хотелось бы

А, понял.

Имеется в виду smtpd_client? Вам нужно пропускать почту через body_checks
только от нелокальных отправителей, пропускать почту на некоторых локальных
юзеров без фильтрации, или что-то ещё?

В общем, почитайте BUILTIN_FILTER_README. Для первого случая есть пример, для
второго - можно в header_checks прописать разрешающие правила.

это - -o receive_override_options=no_header_body_checks решило  все 
мои  вопросы
