А какая цель преследуется при создании рейда?
Дело в том, что флэшИ имеют ряд особенностей, делающих бесполезны
ми некоторые типы рейдов...

А цель этого мероприятия какая?
Какой тип флэшей предполагается использовать?
При выборе типа важно, чтобы IDE-flash автоматически детектился
BIOS'ом и чтобы микросхемки памяти были с произвольным доступом
(не NAND/NOR).
Если эти условия выполняются, то "граблей" быть не должно.
Если вдруг наступите - дайте знать.
