С винчестером, как оказалось, всё в порядке. И на ALM2.4, и на ALC3.0.
Затык только с CD-ROM/RW/DVD. Как я понял, в /proc/scsi/device_info -
список ATAPI-устройств, которые поддерживаются этим переходником. Тех
приводов, что я пробовал подключать, в этом списке нет, хотя на ALM2.4,
привод, по крайней мере, появляется в устройствах и хотплаг создаёт
записи в fstab и точки монтирования в /mnt. Даже обращаться пробовал.
Пытается, пытается, а потом - отваливается. io error или что-то
подобное... Причём точек монтирования 3 или 4. И, соответственно,
устройств столько же. Например, sda0, sda1, sda2. Т.е. как партиции,
хотя диск с одной дорожкой и одной сессией.
