Ох, точно. Потому и не пускають.
А я то думал, почему не могу при-mount-bind-ить /home/.
Щас получилось.
Посему грешен, монтирую из rc.local 2)
> ftpd должен стартовать позже монтиирования.

Когда монтирую на ходу, у меня работает и без рестарта сервиса.
