Fetchmail совсем замучился с передачей принятой почты в локальную
почтовую систему - сообщает (раньше только на первом из принимаемых
писем, а теперь уже частенько на каждом):
fetchmail: SMTP connect to localhost failed
fetchmail: can't raise the listener; falling back to /usr/sbin/sendmail
-i %T..fetchmail: timeout after 300 seconds.
затем
fetchmail: socket error while fetching from pop.mtu.ru
fetchmail: Query status=2 (SOCKET)
(я так понимаю, что pop.mtu.ru просто устает ждать)
При этом действительно:
$ telnet 127.0.0.1 25
Trying 127.0.0.1...
telnet: connect to address 127.0.0.1: Connection refused
Отчего так???
НЕ ДАЙТЕ ОСТАТЬСЯ БЕЗ ПОЧТЫ!!!!
ЗЫ Не знаю, связано ли одно с другим, но и почтовик Мозиллы стал все чаше заявлять:
"В соединении с сервером localhost отказано"
