Для общения на тему разработки gtk2 приложений создан новый
список рассылки:

Полезность этой рассылки ничтожна в сравнении с рассылкой
разработчиков gtk:
http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gtk-app-devel-list
Однако для общения на русском и для новичков рассылка может быть
полезной - welcome. Спасибо Михаилу Шигорину за предоставленный
хостинг.
