Слава, вы сначала словите свои помидоры на то, что rpm -qi xawtv
ни слова не говорит, что пакет распилен на мелкие части, причём
xawtv не является виртуальным с зависимостями на всю кучку, а
является всего лишь огрызком функциональности xawtv.
Потом разберитесь с разницей между пользователем и администратором.
Потом начните внимательно читать devel@ и sisyphus@, где
несколько раз была внятная информация на тему sftp.
И только потом готовьте помидоры :)
