                      Parameter_B : UPS TurnOFF Delay time

Consider the examples quoted above. The UPS will start to count down 100
seconds when the utility failed.
If the delay tim 100 was exhausted, your OS will  launch to shutdonw. At

atically start to turn off itself after this period of time 120 sec.
