Владимир, а Вы внимательно читали условия пользования?
Дело в том, что либо Вы читатель одной из библиотек, и тогда им
действительно может быть до Вас дело, либо Вы не являетесь читателем
одной из библиотек, и тогда их интерес к Вам определяется тем,
платите ли Вы за просмотр журналов, или "просто посмотреть зашли".
Поэтому если сначала воздействовать при помощи писем, пусть уж лучше
это будут письма тех людей, имеющих доступ через университетскую
библиотеку либо любое другое подобное учреждение.
