Например во вкладке внешний вид в группе фон кнопок предлагается список текстур но добавить свою нельзя можно только поменять цвет
и поэтому при смене фона для панели вокруг кнопок просто квадраты с выбранным цветом а не градиентная текстура которую я нарисовал и выбрал для панели
