Не вполне понятно, почему LILO в данном случае не грузится, но
вообще-то у NT достаточно замысловатая схема энумерации партиций,
поэтому добавление или перестановка физических устройств,
переразбиение их часто приводят к странным результатам.
Я решил ситуацию, перейдя на grub и используя (по чьему-то совету)
команду map. Получил:
/dev/hda: загрузчик W2K
/dev/hdb: GRUB с опциями загрузки системы с /dev/hdb1 и WIN2K
chainloader'ом с /dev/hda. Установив в БИОС загрузку с /dev/hdb,
добился искомого результата.
Суть в том, чтобы зафиксировать диск с Win-партициями (желательно,
идущими _до_ любых других) на /dev/hda, и не менять его положения.
