Да запросто :) На сайте www.itadvisor.ru в разделе "Файлы" лежит
отличная сборка TS с нормальной поддержкой русского языка в именах
файлов, переназначения дисков, устройств и даже звука. На нашем
терминальном W2003 все это счастье работает всё, вплоть до звука и USB
флэшек. Причем там переназначение дисков идет не через Самбу, а через
rdesktop последних версий. Единственные оставшийся глюк - это залипание
клавиши ALT в некоторых ситуаций. Но принудительная установка для всех
комбинации Ctrl+Shift лечит эту проблему :)
P.S. Чтобы русский язык был, нужно ставить в конфиге локаль EN. Иначе
часть русских букв не будет работаеть вообще. Такая вот загадка.
