Дла начала проверьте, установлена ли у вас указанная библиотека -
libdvdcss. Если да, то в опциях например Xine во вкладке Input есть
опция под названием CSS decryption method, которая и определяет метод
дешифровки подобных лицензионных DVD. Можно с ней поиграться и
поглядеть, что из этого выйдет.
