косвенно управлять трафиком входящим, например умышленно теряя часть TCP
(для UDP такой способ, само собой, не пойдет) пакетов и принуждая этим
самым снижать скорость передачи на "той" стороне. Эх, я все никак не
возьмусь дописать на Вики доку по шейпингу, благо появился некоторый
опыт в это деле :(
Кстати, а никто не пользовался методом HFSC? На voip-info его
рекомендуют для шейпинга SIP трафика. Насколько я понял, поддержки его в
ALM нет, но хотелось бы. Может, стоит над этим подумать в будущих
релизах или Сизифе?
