convert и mogrify из ImageMagick
или скрипт для Gimp
Последний на мой взгляд был бы предпочтительнее - в gimp'е у меня
получалось делать более правильный sharpen, который просто необходимо
делать после ресайза, иначе изображение получается замыленым...
