То что Вы скчали (как я подозреваю это cs_15_full.tar.gz) является
сервером игры для Линукс. Для его работы необходим еще Half Life сервер,
т.к. CS построен на движке HL. И даже тогда, вы не сможете играть в CS
из под линукс. А сможете под вин подключиться к серверу и играть с
товарищами, которые тоже могут к нему подключиться.
2ALL: А кстати, существует клиент под Линукс?
