Это из хелпа:
set xdata time
~ set timefmt "%d/%m"
~ set format x "%b %d"
~ set xrange ["01/12":"06/12"]
~ set xtics "01/12", 172800, "05/12"
Может не стоит писать в перемешку установки для разных осей? И я не
увидел у Вас задание диапазона для Х. Последний момент связан с
количеством секунд для инкремента. Оно правильное? Вроде при
невозможности получить целые дроби ничего не построится. Сам Гнуплот
не всегда правильно указывает место ошибки. Иногда, он упирается уже
в её последствия...
