Ну вы блин даёте, по моему в полне очевидно что вы качаете бинарные
драйвера, собранные под конкретное я дро и почему они должны работать с
альтовским не понятно, для этого модема есть опен сурсные дрова, но
ссылку не подскажу - не помню(давно это было), так что ищите.
