Я писал не о том, могу или не могу я найти клиент с поддержкой SIP, или
как там его, а об удобстве использования аналогичных решений.
Рынку плевать, у кого какая технология. Рынку нужно, чтоб работало и
удобно было.
Если для подключения к одному оператору мне нужно переворачивать гугль,
а у другого "всё под рукой" -- технологии отдыхают. Большинство
пользователей не будет себя утруждать. Это единственная причина быстрого
прогресса установок Скайпа и медленного развития у остальных.
Хотя и реклама играет на рынке не последнее место.
А попытка выиграть конкурентную войну выбрасыванием клиента из дистра,
это даже не смешно. Альт не МС. Либо пользователь таки найдет подходящий
рпм, либо подходящий дистр. :( И это уже будет не Альт. Мне это будет
неприятно. Не из альтруизма. Просто, чем меньше пользователей -- тем
хуже, постепенно, становится дистр.
А последние релизы и без того не блещут.
