А я так и вообще - подобрал значение frequency (как льва в пустыне
методом Вейерштрассе) и вставил команду
adjtimex --freq 968075
в /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit
и с тех пор средний уход за сутки (в не жаркое время года) - менее 0.1
сек, что заметно меньше среднего по модулю - т.е. точнее подбирать - нет
смысла.
